The CoHRE on June 4, 2018, in strategic partnership with the Canadian Museum for Human Rights and in conjunction with the launch of the Mandela Exhibit “Struggle for Freedom” curated The Rt. Hon. Brian Mulroney in conversation with Peter Mansbridge.

This historic and personal account of how Canada led by then Prime Minister Brian Mulroney played a significant role in the elimination of apartheid in South Africa and securing the freedom of Nelson Mandela is captured in the video below.
